Mini-itx server project - part 2

Back in August 2008 I announced the start of a Mini-itx server project, for one reason or another I have not purchased any parts for this project, therefore it hasn't really started, but this week I hope to purchase the first part.

The shopping list is...
Intel D945GCLF2 Atom 330 Motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 500GB hard drive
2gb ram
power supply

This will come to a total cost of around £190, which is bargain. I plan to sandwich these parts between some perspex and possibly add another hard drive, and a compact flash drive to boot from.

Please let me know if you have any advise.
